  • 4 leaves Lettuce Sturdy varieties like romaine preferred

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Season boneless, skinless chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, and cilantro until smooth.
  5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with mayo on the bread, followed by lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon, avocado, and red onion.
