Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a Ziploc bag, combine the spice rub ingredients and shake well to mix.
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and rub the spice mixture evenly over the meat.
  3. Whisk together the glaze ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  4. Preheat the grill to 425-450°F, using a two-zone cooking method.
  5. Grill the pork tenderloin on the lit side for 5-6 minutes, then turn and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  6. Move the tenderloin to the unlit side, baste with the glaze every 2-3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Remove the tenderloin from the grill, cover, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
