  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce Homemade or store-bought.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Roll small amounts of the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a plate.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the meatballs for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the browned meatballs to the baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving with pasta or zucchini noodles.
