Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger powder, garlic powder, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Soak your skewers in water for about 10 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Thread the chicken strips onto the soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken skewers, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Arrange the skewers on the parchment.
  6. Bake the skewers for 14 minutes, flipping midway and brushing with reserved marinade.
  7. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) for safe consumption.
  8. Let the skewers rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
