- In a large mixing bowl, combine slightly melted peanut butter, sugar, and mashed bananas. Add vegetable oil and eggs, mixing until smooth.

- Gradually add all-purpose flour, stirring until just combined to avoid a dense bread.
- Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally top with banana slices.
