Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. On a floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch diameter and ensure the edges are thicker.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured pizza peel or parchment-lined tray and brush with olive oil.
  4. Layer fresh mozzarella evenly on the pizza dough.
  5. Arrange sliced peaches over the cheese, then drape the prosciutto on top.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and freshly cracked pepper over the pizza.
  7. Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for about 7-10 minutes.
