- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 6-inch brownie pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash 2-3 ripe bananas until a smooth puree is formed.
- Add 1/3 cup of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mashed bananas and stir until fully combined.
- Gently fold in 1/4 cup of dairy-free dark chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into your prepared brownie pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool on a wire rack for about 20 minutes before slicing them into squares.
