Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans or a bundt cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, ground pecans, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the honey, melted butter (cooled), eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, folding until just combined.
- Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for approximately 75 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
