Method
 

Steps
  1. Prepare Dandelion Tea: Harvest dandelion petals and steep in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Strain to get dandelion tea.
  2. Mix Honey: Whisk honey into warm dandelion tea until dissolved.
  3. Add Gelatin: Gradually sprinkle gelatin into the mixture, whisking continuously for 1-2 minutes until dissolved.
  4. Mold the Gummies: Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  5. Set: Let gummies rest for 20 minutes at room temperature before removing from molds.
