Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square pan with wax or parchment paper, overhanging the edges for easy removal.
  2. Warm the Nut Butter: If thick, warm nut butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until creamy.
  3. Mix Ingredients Together: In a large bowl, combine cereal, warmed nut butter, and liquid sweetener. Add optional ingredients if desired, and mix well.
  4. Transfer to the Pan: Spread the mixture evenly across the lined pan.
  5. Press Down Firmly: Use another piece of parchment paper to press the mixture firmly for a solid block.
  6. Chill to Set: Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Slice and Store: Remove from the pan, slice into bars, and store in an airtight container.
