Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 1 packet of instant yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix in 1 cup of warm milk, 2 ripe mashed bananas, ¼ cup of melted butter, and 1 large egg until a soft dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 60-90 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick. Spread ¼ cup of softened butter on the dough, then sprinkle with ¾ cup of brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and cut it into 9 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
