Preparation

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven to 400°F.
Cooking
  1. Place marinated chicken tenders on grill grates. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden-brown.
  2. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
