- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ½ cup of olive oil and 1 cup of warm water. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until moistened.
- Stir in 3 cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary into the batter.
- Grease the muffin tin and spoon the batter into each muffin cup, filling them about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top of each muffin before baking.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the tops turn golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
