  2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for approximately 1 minute, until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, using a wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits on the skillet. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the garlic sauce mixture over the seared beef in the slow cooker. Add the halved baby potatoes, gently tossing everything together to ensure the beef and potatoes are well-coated.
  5. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and select the low setting, allowing the dish to cook for 6-7 hours. Alternatively, set it on high for about 3-4 hours.
