Step-by-Step Instructions for Garbage Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté for another 4-5 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then stir in ketchup and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Roll out refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 12x15 inches, then transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cooked filling evenly over the pizza dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
  5. Combine melted butter and garlic powder and brush it over the surface of the rolled Garbage Bread. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
