Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add cubed chicken breast and sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are softened.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in creamy sauce and fajita seasoning, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Grease a medium-sized casserole dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the casserole mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
