  • 16 oz Grilled or Roasted Corn Grill fresh corn for best taste.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped Substitute with parsley if desired.
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely diced Soak in cold water to reduce bite if necessary.
  • cup Cotija Cheese, crumbled Feta or queso fresco can be substitutes.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
