Cooking Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Brown the meat for about 4–5 minutes until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Once the ground beef has browned, season with ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 3 tablespoons of salsa. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ⅓ cup of sour cream, ⅓ cup of taco sauce, and an extra tablespoon of taco seasoning. Whisk together until smooth.
- In a large salad bowl, layer the ingredients starting with chopped lettuce, then add the cooked taco meat, drained corn, halved tomatoes, ⅓ cup of shredded cheese, red onion, cilantro, and crushed Doritos.
- Drizzle the creamy dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and crunch, chilling briefly is okay but avoid mixing in Doritos too early.

Notes
Keep ingredients fresh and combine Doritos just before serving to maintain crunch.
