For the Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast Use rotisserie or grilled chicken for convenience.

  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce Chop into bite-sized pieces.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing Opt for homemade or a lighter, yogurt-based version.
For Flavor
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Enhances richness.
For Texture
  • 1 cup Croutons Add just before serving.
For Color (optional)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved for a pop of color.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce and dice the cooked chicken. Slice cherry tomatoes in half if using.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cooled rotini, chicken, romaine, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with croutons just before serving for crunch. Optionally garnish with additional Parmesan or herbs.
  7. If time allows, chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
