  • 1 cup Celery Diced.
  • 1/4 cup Onion Finely minced.
  • 1 cup Grapes Halved; can swap for diced apples.
  • 1/2 cup Almonds Slivered; toast lightly for enhanced flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt for lighter version.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Adjust to taste.
For the Crescent Rolls
  • 1 package Crescent Rolls Pillsbury Original preferred.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional for garnish.

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare Chicken Salad: Drain canned chicken and combine in a bowl with celery, onion, grapes, and almonds. Mix in mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until combined.
  2. Prepare Crescent Rolls: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Crumple aluminum foil into balls to shape crescent rolls. Unroll dough and wrap around foil balls.
  3. Bake the Rolls: Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cool and Fill: Allow rolls to cool, remove foil, and fill each with chicken salad using a spoon or piping bag.
