  4. Knead the Dough: Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  5. First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  6. Shape the Rolls: Punch down the dough, roll it out to a large rectangle, spread with melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Roll and Cut: Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinch the seam, and slice into 12 equal pieces.
