  • 1 oz Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo Can swap for any non-alcoholic bitter or citrus beverage
  • 2 Kiwi Use ripe kiwis for best flavor
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger Adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Honey Substitute with agave syrup or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 oz Lime Juice Freshly squeezed recommended
For the Fizz
  • 4 oz Sparkling Water Can substitute with soda or tonic water
For the Garnish
  • 1 sprig Mint Fresh mint leaves work best
  • Edible Flowers Optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel and dice two ripe kiwis, reserving about 1/4 of one for garnish. Place diced kiwi pieces into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add grated ginger and honey to the shaker with the kiwi and muddle firmly for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo and freshly squeezed lime juice, fill shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Muddle reserved diced kiwi at the bottom of a chilled wine glass, fill halfway with ice, and strain shaken mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water, stir lightly, and garnish with reserved kiwi slices, mint leaves, and edible flowers if desired.
