- Juice about 5-6 lemons for the required lemon juice.
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, sweetener, 2 cups of ice, and 2 cups of water. Blend on low for 1 minute.
- Add halved strawberries to the blender and pulse until desired texture is achieved.
- Pour in the remaining 2 cups of water and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint or basil if desired.
- Adjust sweetness or add more water as per taste.
