Steps
- Wash and hull 2 cups of ripe strawberries. In a blender, combine the cleaned strawberries and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Taste the mixture. If needed, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey and blend again for 10 seconds.
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender and blend on high for an additional 20–30 seconds until the ice is crushed.
- Pour the lassi into glasses, top with a sprinkle of ground cardamom, and enjoy immediately.
