Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil water and let it cool slightly to around 175°F (80°C). In a bowl, whisk together 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder with 2-3 ounces of hot water until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, 1-2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup and a splash of cold milk. Use a frother to whip until thickened.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the strawberry foam in first, then gently pour the prepared matcha over a spoon to create layers.
  4. Garnish with sliced strawberries, serve immediately while the foam is fluffy.
