Method
 

Preparation

  4. Knead dough on floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place kneaded dough in oiled bowl; cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  6. Sauté spinach in a skillet until wilted; mix with scrambled eggs and diced ham.
  7. Punch down risen dough; divide into 8 pieces and shape into ovals; fill with spinach mixture.
  8. Place shaped rolls seam side down on lined baking sheet; cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F; bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool rolls on wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
