- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients and equipment.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of lean ground beef for about 5-7 minutes.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet and sauté diced yellow onion and green bell pepper for about 4 minutes.
- Return the browned ground beef to the skillet, stir in 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- In the same skillet, combine 1 cup of beef broth, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, whisk until smooth.
- Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture into each cooked jumbo pasta shell and place in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle half of the cheesy sauce over the stuffed shells and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, drizzle remaining cheese sauce over each stuffed shell, and serve warm.
