Step-by-Step Instructions for Japchae
  1. Soak the sweet potato noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Slice the beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated beef, and cook until browned for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir-fry sliced onions and carrots in the same pan for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and garlic, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  6. Return the beef to the pan, add soaked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss for 5 minutes.
