Step-by-Step Instructions for Dandelion Iced Tea

- Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle or pot, then let it cool for a moment after boiling.
- Pour hot water into a heatproof container, add 2-3 tea bags and the rinsed dandelion flowers. Steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and strain the mixture to ensure a smooth drink. Adjust strength by adding more water if needed.
- Stir in sugar or honey if desired while the tea is warm. Fill the rest of the container with cold water.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint.
