  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup celery diced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise if desired, then season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of diced cooked chicken breast, 1 diced apple, 1 cup of halved seedless grapes, 1 cup of diced celery, and ½ cup of chopped nuts. Toss to mix.
