Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  2. Combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chives, minced onion, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and press two triangles together to form rectangles.
  4. Place three tablespoons of filling onto each dough rectangle, fold over, and seal tightly.
  5. Dip the filled pillows in melted butter and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter for sauce, whisk in flour, add milk and bouillon, and stir until thickened.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, then season as needed.
  9. Serve warm with the creamy Parmesan sauce drizzled on top.
