Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
- Combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chives, minced onion, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the crescent dough and press two triangles together to form rectangles.
- Place three tablespoons of filling onto each dough rectangle, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Dip the filled pillows in melted butter and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, melt butter for sauce, whisk in flour, add milk and bouillon, and stir until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, then season as needed.
- Serve warm with the creamy Parmesan sauce drizzled on top.
