  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Sweet onions or pickled onions can be used.
  • 1 cup Pickles Fresh cucumbers can refresh your bowl.
  • 1/4 cup Pickled Jalapeno Slices Omit if preferring mild flavors.
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon Plant-based or turkey bacon can be substituted.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, breaking apart with a spatula until browned and crispy. Drain excess fat.
  2. Prepare the Burger Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir for 1–2 minutes until blended and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Bowls: Layer chopped lettuce in each bowl, then spoon in the cooked beef mixture. Top with cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onions, and pickles.
  4. Finish with Toppings: Sprinkle pickled jalapeño slices and crumbled bacon over the bowls.
  5. Drizzle with Sauce: Drizzle the burger sauce over the bowls and serve immediately.
