Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the yeast by mixing warm milk, warm water, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Make the dough by whisking flour and salt in a bowl, then mix in the yeast mixture and melted butter. Knead for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the blueberry filling by cooking blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Form the bread by rolling out the dough, cutting it into pieces, then coating in the sugar mixture before layering with blueberry filling in a Bundt pan.
  6. Let the assembled bread rise again for 30-45 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
