For the Liquid
  • 2 cups Cold Water For a fizzy twist, try sparkling water.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Dice one cucumber and cube two cups of watermelon. In a blender, combine the cucumber and watermelon until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime into the blender along with optional honey. Blend briefly for about 10 seconds.
  3. Pour in two cups of cold water and blend everything together on high for another 15-20 seconds until well combined.
  4. Place a fine mesh sieve over a large pitcher and pour the blended mixture through it. Press down the pulp to extract all the liquid.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled refresher over the ice. Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves.
