Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by slicing the large cucumbers into chunks and juicing 4-5 limes to yield about ½ cup of fresh lime juice. In a blender, combine the cucumber pieces and lime juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, which should take about 30-45 seconds.
- Set up a fine mesh sieve over a large pitcher to strain the blended cucumber-lime mix. Pour the mixture slowly into the sieve and use a spatula to press down on the solids, extracting as much juice as possible. This step should take around 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the freshly strained cucumber-lime juice into the pitcher and add the coconut water. Drizzle in your choice of honey or agave syrup, along with a pinch of sea salt. Stir the mixture with a long spoon for about 30 seconds until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Take a moment to taste your beverage. If you'd like more sweetness, add a little more honey or agave syrup to suit your preference and stir again.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Chilling allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
- Retrieve your Cucumber-Lime Agua Fresca from the fridge and pour the chilled mixture over ice-filled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic boost.

Notes
Always opt for ripe, firm cucumbers and limes for maximum flavor. Adjust sweetness to your liking and remember to allow the mixture to chill for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
