Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the meat mixture into your crockpot and set it to high for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the meat is browned, add elbow macaroni, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili with beans, and beef broth into the crockpot. Sprinkle chili seasoning mix on top and stir thoroughly.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low, cooking for 4 hours. Stir occasionally if possible.
- In the last 15 minutes of cooking, stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Replace the lid and allow the cheeses to melt.
- Serve hot in bowls garnished with your favorite toppings like green onions or sour cream.

Notes
Ensure you follow cooking times closely to avoid mushy pasta. Add cheese 15 minutes before serving for best melting results. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
