Preparation Steps
- Spray the slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, and add garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes. Add chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it, then return to the slow cooker.
- Add cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream to the slow cooker, mixing well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
- Stir in baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese before serving.
