Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spray the slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, and add garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes. Add chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred it, then return to the slow cooker.
  6. Add cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream to the slow cooker, mixing well.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Stir in baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Mix in Parmesan cheese before serving.
