  4. In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, salt, coarse ground pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  5. Dip each wedge into the beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, arrange the wedges in a single layer.
