Preparation Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground pork, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add chopped cabbage, shredded carrots, diced green onions, and diced onions, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
- Transfer filling to a mixing bowl and sprinkle in desired seasonings. Mix thoroughly for about 2 minutes.
- Take one won ton wrapper, place about a teaspoon of filling in the center, dampen one edge, and fold to seal.
- Lay assembled dumplings on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze any leftovers in a single layer.
- Heat about ¼ inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add dumplings and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove fried dumplings from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
