Step-by-Step Instructions
- Soak the Rice Paper: Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Immerse each rice paper sheet for 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable. Lift and place on a damp surface.
- Prepare the Filling: Layer cooked vermicelli noodles, shredded carrots, chopped cabbage, choice of protein, green onion, ginger, and garlic on the damp surface. Do not overstuff.
- Roll the Noodle Rolls: Fold edges over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Set seam-side down to maintain shape.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Cook the Noodle Rolls: Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer. Spray lightly with oil. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with Dipping Sauce: Remove from air fryer and serve hot with chosen dipping sauces.
