- Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into 3x3 inch squares.
- Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and a dash of salt on top.
- Fold the dough squares over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the basket and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
