Filling
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded for gooey texture.
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Turkey pepperoni is a vegetarian option.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Adjust to taste.
Dipping
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Classic dipping sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's approximately ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the rolled dough into 3x3 inch squares.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and a dash of salt on top.
  6. Fold the dough squares over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  8. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer.
  9. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  10. Remove from the basket and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
