Instructions
  1. Wash apples under cool water. Optionally peel, then slice into ¼-inch thick wedges. Toss in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar. In another bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Dip each apple wedge into the milk mixture, allow excess to drip off, then coat in flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray basket and arrange coated apple wedges in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove fries from the basket, let cool for a minute, serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar or paired with caramel sauce.
