Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare the ravioli in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions (about 3-5 minutes) until they float. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream while whisking, and let it bubble gently for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt over 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  6. Gently add the cooked ravioli to the sauce, tossing to coat. Heat through for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
