  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, being careful not to brown it.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until it wilts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until thickened.
