Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- In the skillet, add crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
- Layer the cooked noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp, crab, and Alfredo sauce, repeating for a total of three layers.
- For the final layer, add noodles, cover with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
