Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. In the skillet, add crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Layer the cooked noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp, crab, and Alfredo sauce, repeating for a total of three layers.
  7. For the final layer, add noodles, cover with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
