- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and let cool.
- Fold in crab meat, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Heat through and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, half the cheese mixture, and half the seafood mixture. Repeat, finishing with noodles and sauce.
- Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and salt. Spread over the top layer. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
