Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna
  • 12 oz Lasagna Noodles no-boil noodles preferred
  • 1 lb Crab Meat imitation crab is a budget-friendly alternative
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese or cottage cheese for a different texture
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese essential for melty goodness
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese reserve some for topping
For the Sauce and Seasonings
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream can be lightened or omitted
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce homemade is preferred
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or butter as an alternative
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes adjust based on taste
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumb Topping additional Parmesan can enhance if desired

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and let cool.
  3. Fold in crab meat, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Heat through and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Grease a baking dish. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, half the cheese mixture, and half the seafood mixture. Repeat, finishing with noodles and sauce.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and salt. Spread over the top layer. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
