Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch the green bell peppers in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  6. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the creamy filling and place them in a baking dish.
