Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy One-Pot Tuscan Ground Beef Pasta
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the spinach wilts.
  3. Pour in the uncooked pasta along with your choice of broth. Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
