  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion for 5 minutes until soft. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Whisk together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, eggs, black pepper, and salt in a bowl for the cream mixture.
  5. Reduce skillet heat to low. Combine the drained tortellini with the aromatics and add the cream mixture, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Fold in the crispy bacon and thawed peas, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve the creamy tortellini on plates and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
