Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Line a plate or tray with parchment paper. Use a scoop to portion out the yogurt mixture into 1-inch balls on the tray.
- Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze for about 10-20 minutes until solid.
- In the meantime, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted and smooth.
- Remove the frozen bites and dip each into the chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment.
- If desired, sprinkle flaky sea salt over them. Return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Once set, store in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months.

Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Store bites with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
