Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Line a plate or tray with parchment paper. Use a scoop to portion out the yogurt mixture into 1-inch balls on the tray.
  3. Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze for about 10-20 minutes until solid.
  4. In the meantime, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the frozen bites and dip each into the chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment.
  6. If desired, sprinkle flaky sea salt over them. Return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
  7. Once set, store in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months.
